The standard batteries may need a review.

The batteries in the DJI Phantom vision plus are 5200 mAh battery, i have read in review articles that the power drops sooner than expected, some 5-10 minutes. The DJI’s product specs claim the battery flight time to be around 25 minutes on a single battery charge.  The margin for a flat battery error when flying is said to be around 10%, meaning return back to base when the battery is close to 10% remaining.  But it can also be relative to the nature of the terrain where the UAv is flying.  Flying over hazardous areas where there is no possible access to recover the UAV, then obviously the safe margin should be greater.

Which model DJI Phantom is the right one.

Obviously if the application is to fly the drone without much need for quality images and video then it does not really matter which one.  They all fly and some have cameras and basic models models do not.

However if you want to get real real fine quality video then go for the Zenmuse Gimbal because the Gimbal is a better quality gimbal and the GoPro camera is said to be produce higher quality video and images. If this is debatable then read more reviews to be sure.

If the $1300 price tag does not hurt your pocket then the DJI Phantom Vision Plus is a good option.  it does have a quality Gimbal and a quality camera and also being the most recent model inthe DJI Phantom line so then it has all of the updates and improvements that DJI has made on the previous models.  The early models did not have a camera, and the follow up did have a camera but no gimbal, they came out with a camera bracket. Then came out the Vision with a camera and a bracket, and now the most recent DJI Phantom vision plus with a quality 14 MB camera and a gimbal.
